Terms of Use and
Community Standards

1.1. These “Terms of Use and Community Rules” (hereinafter — the Rules) define the procedure for using the Kitobxon web platform (hereinafter — the Platform).

1.2. By registering on the Platform, creating a personal account or using any of its services (reading, listening to audio, watching video, taking quizzes, participating in chats), you express your full and unconditional consent to these terms.

1.3. If you disagree with any provision of these rules, you have the right to stop using the platform and delete your account.

2.1. Users must provide accurate and reliable information when registering. Creating a profile under a false identity or with the intent to harm someone's reputation is prohibited.

2.2. The user is fully and personally responsible for the security of their password and account. All messages and actions performed through your account are considered to be made on your behalf.

2.3. Creating multiple parallel accounts (multi-accounting) to artificially inflate ratings or points (cheating) is prohibited. Detected fake accounts are deleted without warning.

3.1. E-books (PDF/ePub), audio lessons, analytical videos and Q&A materials provided on the Kitobxon platform are protected by intellectual property law.

3.2. These materials may only be used for personal education, reading and non-commercial purposes.

3.3. It is strictly forbidden to redistribute platform resources on other sites (paid or free) or sell them commercially without the written consent of the author and platform administration.

4.1. In the Kitobxon community, mutual respect is the primary rule. Diverse opinions are supported, but expressing an opinion must never turn into a personal attack.

4.2. Swearing, insults, obscene language and any statements aimed at discriminating by nationality, religion or gender are prohibited in the global chat and groups.

4.3. Voice messages: intentional noise, shouting, playing music or provocative speech in voice messages will lead to restrictions.
